HORSE LEASING
Happenstance has decided to lease some of their personal horses. All horses for lease will be for on-site lease at Happenstance Stables. Because these are our well cared for personal horses price of lease includes feed, hay, bedding, vaccinnations & farrier appointments. We want to ensure our horses care does not change during a lease. All horses are versed in Natural Horsemanship. All potential applicants will be interviewed and riding skills evaluated before any lease is approved.
If you are someone that has had horses in the past or due to an injury are unable to ride, but still want to be around horses to spend time with one to brush and handwalk around the property, please contact me. We just might be able to work something out.

WINSOME - Winsome is a 14.2h Palomino mare beginner horse. She is a "been there, done that" horse that anyone can ride. Winsome would be great for a young rider to learn from or a smaller adult to tool around the farm on. She is a great horse for a timid rider to gain confidence on. She is just an all around exceptional horse with a heart of gold. Partial lease price $275/month.
CHAMOIS - Chamois is a 14.2 Palomino mare. She is an AMAZING horse! In-depth natural horsemanship background. Solid, safe and beginner friendly. She has an amazing posting trot. Excellent horse for beginner to learn from or advanced rider to enjoy her for all she has to offer. Partial lease only $275/month.
CLOUD - Cloud is a 15h beautiful flea-bitten grey mare. She is a solid built, sound, dependable trail horse or arena horse. Cloud is extremely light under saddle and can be rode english, western or bareback. She is versed in natural horsemanship. She is very sweet mare with an extremely mild temperment. She has a fast walk so she is more suited for an advanced beginner or intermediate rider. Partial lease $275/month or Full lease $350/month.
DESI - Desi is a 15h sorrel mare. She is a sound & dependable trail horse. Desi has been shown and has beautiful collection when ridden. She has a gait to die for and a rocking chair canter. Desi has a lot of "go" but it is very easily controlled, due to this, she is for lease to an intermediate or experienced rider only. Partial lease $275/month or Full lease $350/month.
LEAH - Leah is a 15h sorrel mare with flaxen mane and tail. Leah is very versed in natural horsemanship. She is more suited for an intermediate rider in the arena and experienced rider on the trails (she gets a bit stubborn when ridden on the trails without her pasture buddy). She has a beautiful gait and rocking chair canter and easily collects. She can be a bit "marish" at times. Partial lease $275/month.
