WHAT'S NEW AT HAPPENSTANCE

We have installed slow feed hay net stations in all of our pastures. We have also installed slow feed hay nets in all the horses stalls. Horses now have access to hay 24/7. Makes for happy, healthy horses.

"Naturally Done, Naturally Run"

Welcome to Happenstance Stables and thanks for visitng our website. Gerry and I have worked hard building our facility to offer a boarding stable that both human and equine enjoy.

We offer a lot of horse activities and take great pride in keeping it natural. We have lots of pasture and outside time for the horses on 48 acres. We have an indoor arena 72 x 170, an Equine Obstacle Course and trails. Our lesson program is offered to adults & children using one of our horses or bringing your own. We host several clinics a year by local and national clinicians that fit into our philosphy of training and working with our horses.

Natural Horsemanship to us means finding the balance. Balancing the drive and draw. Having a commited partner that wants to be with us but in turn respecting our space. Commiting to the instant release of pressure at the slightest try but also commiting to the firmness of pressure when no try is involved...finding the balance.
